THV
550 pro / 570 elite radiometric infrared thermography camera
systems
We have 2 THV 550 cameras and 1 THV 570 camera
available. Pricing for these systems start at $24,900. These
systems include superb color ironbow and rainbow color palettes
+ temperature measurement up to +500c & extensive onboard
features. These imaging radiometers offer onboard image storage
and include infrared software. The THV 550 is a cooled Platinum
Silicide system and the THV 570 is an uncooled MicroBolometer
system. Both imagers offer a 240x320 FPA array technology.
Carefully
designed to meet the specific
needs of condition monitoring customers,
this hand-held infrared measurement and imaging system provides
the quickest, safest and most accurate method of inspecting
all types of electrical, mechanical and refractory equipment in
a preventative maintenance program.
With a closed aluminium housing, which
is dust and water protected, shock and vibrations resistant,
it has been designed for operation in some of the most harsh

All functions, which are
displayed in pull down menus in the 550/570 colour
viewfinder, can be operated at the touch of a button via just
four controls located at the back of the camera. A joystick
control for electronic zoom and focus has also been included.
Digital voice
recording on the THV 550/570 eliminates the need for lengthy
note taking on surveys.
All you have to do is speak into the headset microphone and the
camera will record your message along with the image data onto a
high capacity PC-card.
Up to 1500
images can be stored on
each card in a format, which enables full analysis of the image
at a later date. To help the operator complete the survey in
the shortest time possible, an array of features such as
differential temperature measurement and automatic detection of
the hottest spot in an area have been included.
In addition, the dynamic
integration function makes the detection of faults in areas
of high activity significantly easier by selectively averaging
over stationary objects. The function eliminates the smearing
affect normally associated with this process and enhances the
quality of images even when there is background motion.
